• Wealth Management Advisor

    We seek an individual who is looking to join our growing firm and share a commitment to provide exemplary client services based on integrity, research and results. This person’s primary focus will be generating new relationships with high net worth clients and maintaining those service standards. Candidates for this position are experienced and licensed financial advisors with the ability to bring an AUM of $20.0 + million with them. Job Purpose: To identify, attract and obtain qualified client relationships. The primary focus of this position is to continuously grow the AUM of Summit Asset Strategies Wealth Management through association with high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. To maintain, nurture and develop these relationships by delivering outstanding client services at all times. Duties: •Develop agreed upon AUM growth on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis •Represent Summit Asset Strategies in a professional and ethical manner at all times •Transition client base to Summit Asset Strategies platform •Proactively service all personal client accounts in regards to communication and development of AUM •Utilize the in-house CRM & other management systems in order to maximize efficiencies •Work as a key team member in all sales efforts including workshops, seminars and other events as developed •Ensure that all new client set-up is processed and communicated efficiently •Maintains the ethical standards and the vision of Summit Asset Strategies Wealth Management at all times •Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential •Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations


    • Requirements :
    • 4+ Years Experience as a Licensed Financial Advisor / BDO
    • Ability to Bring $25.0+ million in AUM upon joining Summit Asset Strategies
    • Genuine Focus on Exemplary Client Service
    • Self Starter, Motivated by Continuous Improvement
    • Proven Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
    • Unquestionable Ethical Standards / Unblemished Record
    • Series 65 Licensed
    • CFP – Helpful
    • Advanced Degree - Helpful
    • Proven Prospecting & Networking Skills
    • Organized
    • Computer Literate with Knowledge of Financial Management & CRM Software
    • Excellent Presentation Skills
    • Polished & Professional
