	Christopher Yoo Chief Executive Officer As the founding member of Summit Asset Strategies Group, LLC (and its wholly-owned subsidiaries), Chris brings with him years of experience and expertise as a veteran strategist and an executive manager. Prior to launching Summit Asset Strategies Group, LLC, Chris managed Northwest regional investment services division as Vice President of First Horizon Investment Services, Inc. serving various clients for their wealth preservation and investment needs. Prior to First Horizon, Chris earned extensive experience as an investment manager at Charles Schwab & Co., specializing in advanced portfolio construction and investment research based on fundamental studies of various securities including Stocks, Bonds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), Limited Partnerships, Commodities, Derivatives, and Hedge Funds. Chris has extensive experience in investment banking, consulting various corporations for M&A structuring and engineering. Chris earned his BS degree in Business Administration and Physiology from Oregon State University (1996). At present, in addition to his role of managing the entire group of companies under Summit Asset Strategies, he is the Senior Portfolio Manager within Summit Asset Strategies WM, serving private clients utilizing in-depth knowledge of asset allocation and long-term investing principals to preserve and grow clients’ assets. Chris is a registered investment adviser representative.
	Yong Woon Chang President & Chairman Yong joined Summit Asset Strategies Group, LLC on September 1st, of 2008. He was the President & Managing Director of Summit Asset Strategies Korea Co., LTD, and on September 30th, 2009, Yong became the President & Chairman of the parent company, Summit Asset Strategies Group, LLC. Prior to joining Summit Asset Strategies Group of companies, Yong served as the CEO of Barunson, Inc. – KOSDAQ listed company in South Korea, for 5 years. Prior to Barunson, Inc., he served as the CFO of JEN Holdings, and Investment Banker/Fund Manager for PIL Investments. He brings over 25 years of extensive experience as an Investment Banker and Financial Manager to Summit Asset Strategies Group. Yong studied and earned his BA degree in Business Management and Finance from Yeon-Sei University in Seoul, South Korea. Yong’s primary role in the company is to create vision for growth and direct ethical operations standard on behalf of managing members. He also serves on the investment committee board of Summit Asset Strategies IMB, and take significant role in the due diligence process with the research team. Yong currently is working on Asia-Pacific expansion to implement the global growth vision of Summit Asset Strategies Group.
	Sonny S.C. Ko CFO & COO Sonny brings over 15 years of vast experience in financing and lending-related investments to Summit Asset Strategies. Before joining Summit Asset Strategies, Sonny was a head underwriter and a regional sales manager for national wholesale lenders and has demonstrated the leadership and expertise in helping clients finding solutions and meeting their short term and long term goals. Through his education and experience, he recognizes the dynamics of risk and return by analyzing credit quality, collateral viability and capacity assessments. Sonny brings the critical expertise in asset management and he currently heads all of Summit's proprietary private offerings. Sonny is currently registered as an Investment Advisor Representative.
